Philip Morris d.o.o. Belgrade, seeks two passionate leaders with strong drive for results to join the Management Trainee Program (Positions based in Nis) This Management Program is a full time, permanent employment, which will provide successful candidates with development opportunities in different areas including supply chain, procurement, quality assurance, operations planning, engineering and manufacturing. It will last two years and it will combine formal training, on-the-job experience and individual development guidance. As such, this Program will open a unique opportunity for the selected individuals to acquire professional skills, knowledge and experience in a multi-national Company in Serbia and abroad. Upon completion of this Program, the trainees will assume challenging responsibilities in the Company’s factory in Nis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical University degree (MBA or MS would be an advantage)
1-2 years of working experience in Operations/Manufacturing
Fluency in Serbian and English
